Returns & Refunds Policy
Our returns and refund policy is 14 days from the day you receive your parcel. Unfortunately if 14 days have passed since your delivery date you will not be able to return any item(s).
To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be unused, unwashed and free from pet hair. We recommend that you carefully try new items on indoors, just in case you need to return them.
Returns Process:
If you would like to return an item(s) please email your order number, name, address and reason for the return to:

We will then advise you on how to pack and post your return to us.
Please note: you are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the reason for return is due to a faulty/damaged product) and original shipping costs cannot be refunded.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that your refund has been processed. Or you will be notified if your return has been rejected. If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days of receiving your notification please email:

Exchange Policy
Due to the possibility of product(s) selling out, we do not accept exchanges, We recommend following the return policy above then re-purchasing your desired size and/or colour.
